A step-free route between platforms is possible via the street (Hamble Lane pedestrian bridge) - total distance is 290m.
Due to a narrow platform, mobility scooter users and some wheelchair users may not be able to board/leave the train via a ramp. Please call our Assisted Travel team who will arrange alternative transport to/from the nearest station that is accessible to you.
