Where: Bowdon Cricket, Hockey and Squash Club

The Bowdon Club is back again for another year, serving fantastic fireworks displays, hot BBQ food, and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Happening since 1968, the fireworks display is a great way to support a local cricket, hockey, and squash club while also having a great time under dazzling displays. Gates open at 6pm, and the first fireworks, the children’s display, go off at 7pm sharp. Buy advanced tickets to save on entrance and enjoy a fun night out with your family.

Bramhall Fireworks Festival

When: 1st November

Where: Stockport Rugby Club

Bramhall Fireworks Festival is a jack-of-all-trades event with music, food, dancers, fireworks, and more. This year the festival has a themed firework display that is geared toward global superstar, Taylor Swift. There will also be a fun fair, a food court, and a variety of bars available for refreshments. Gates open at 5pm with live music acts timings and more available on their Facebook page.

Autumn Lights

When: 2nd November

Where: Temple Newsam Park

The Leeds Autumn Lights Festival is one of the premier Bonfire Night Events in the North and promises an evening of fun and fireworks starting from 4pm. The fireworks begin at 7.40pm, however, there is plenty of food and drinks to keep you occupied alongside live music from award-winning DJ Ryan Swain and a fire show from La Flamo. Where: Sheffield Botanical Gardens

The seventh year of Illuminate the Gardens promises to be the biggest and best one yet, with the theme, hidden treasures, creating great free activities for your kids to get involved in. There will also be plenty to eat whilst you peruse the installations at your leisure. Buy tickets today to see the fantastic light artworks as well as their brilliant fireworks display.

Penistone Community Bonfire

When: 2nd November

Where: Penistone Show Ground

The Penistone Roundtable returns to produce another night of fun with fireworks, a bonfire, and hot food and drinks available throughout it, all for £5 for over-16s (under-16s go free). Gates are open from 6pm with the bonfire lighting at 7pm and fireworks 30 minutes after. The event closes at 9pm, promising a short and condensed night of fun for all ages. The Roundtable suggest booking early to guarantee a place for your family.

Presot & Odyssey Cricket Club is back again for another year of colourful fireworks lighting up the sky along with funfair activities and refreshments. When: 25th October - 5th November

Where: Liverpool Waterfront

The River of Light is a yearly event starting on the 25th of October and going until Bonfire Night. Every night you’ll see a variety of artwork and light displays that’ll be sure to amaze and delight your senses. This is a great way to support local and international artists as well as indulge in different levels of play throughout the event.
