This is a Category B2 station. Level to both platforms and connecting footbridge with stairs. The Passenger Assist meeting point is at the Ticket Office.

Please take care when boarding/alighting the train at platforms 1 and 2 as the stepping distance between the train and the platform may be more prominent than at other platforms.
