The Passenger Assistance meeting point is the area opposite the barriers on the main concourse. Passenger assistance is available at all times during the stations opening hours for boarding and alighting. Turn up and go is available although booking recommended.

An accessible toilet is available on platform 5 and 6, accessed using a RADAR key. Changing places toilet also on P6 - please speak to a member of staff for access
