Staff are available to provide Passenger Assist at all times that trains are operating for customers who have booked or who travel as turn-up-and-go. Please take care when boarding/alighting the train towards the bottom of platform 1 and across all of platform 2, as the stepping distance between the platform and the train may be more prominent than at other areas of the platform.
