Platform changeover timeIf you are changing services at Wickford from / to Southminster from / towards London Liverpool Street and require Passenger Assistance, a minimum 15 minutes changeover time is required between services. There is no step-free access between platforms 1 & 2 and 3 & 4. A route needs to be taken via an underpass. This is approximately 560 metres (6 minutes) long.
