This station is category B1. Step free, level access is provided into the station from Zetland Street and Bridge Street West. Step free, ramp access is provided into the station from the station car park. The entrance from Exchange Place has steps. Lifts are used to provide level access from the subway to both platforms, the ticket office and concourse. This station is partially staffed. There are train boarding ramps available at this station, and they are also carried on board all TransPennine Express trains.

From Sunday 7 April, passengers using black cabs at Euston station will begin using a new taxi rank located at the front of the bus station, adjacent to Eversholt Street and Euston Road, in the former Euston Square Gardens East site directly in front of the station. For passengers requiring mobility assistance, the Assisted Travel Lounge will remain in their current location in Euston Square Gardens West.

The route to the main taxi pick up point has steps, so anyone with mobility problems can use the disabled taxi pick up point reached via the lifts.

The main taxi rank is beneath the station and is reached via the lifts next to the main ticket office or the stairs by the entrance to the Underground.
