There is an Assisted Travel Lounge located at the front of the train stations, once you pass through the barriers. Heating waiting rooms on all platforms except platform 7, along with sheltered platform waiting areas with accessible seating (all platforms).

Rail replacement buses will pick up and drop off from Carrington Street, at the front of the station.

The waiting room is located on Platform 1 (trains towards High Wycombe & London Marylebone). The waiting room is opened and closed by local residents, so the opening times shown below cannot be guaranteed.

There is a waiting shelter on Platform 2 located next to the ticket machine which is always open.

Rail replacement bus services run from Bus Stops A & B on the main road (A4010), a three minute walk away from the station entrance. The bus stops are outside The Golden Cross pub. Please wait on the correct side of the road. For buses towards High Wycombe, please use bus stop A. Walk down the station car park, turn left at the bottom and then turn right when you get to the main road (A4010). The bus stop is on the other side of the road, opposite The Golden Cross pub (what 3 words: tutored.prospered.gladiators). For buses towards Princes Risborough, please use bus stop B. Walk down the station car park, turn left at the bottom and then turn right when you get to the main road (A4010). The bus stop is on the same side of the road, outside the front of The Golden Cross pub (what 3 words: bossy.sage.afflicted).
