Temporary closure of booking hallThe booking hall is closed until approximately 20/12/24 to allow essential improvement works to take place.
Alternative entrances can be found next to the booking hall via the side gate, or on Greyhound Lane (3-5 minute walk).
Ticket machines (card only) and Oyster/contactless card readers are only available at the Greyhound Lane entrance. Customers will need to enter/exit via this entrance to tap in/out when travelling to or from this station.
Step-free access will remain available to the whole station throughout this period. Speak to station staff for further assistance.

Step Free Access
This is a Category B1 station: Platform 1 (southbound) and platform 2 (northbound) are served via lifts from the Greyhound lane entrance.
Platforms 3 and 4 are only used during times of engineering works. Platform 3 (southbound) is served by lift from the Greyhound Lane entrance though platform 4 (northbound) is served by a separate entrance/short ramp in Eardley Road, approximately 130m from the Greyhound Lane entrance.
The Assistance Meeting Point is on platform 1, by the Help Point.
This station does not have tactile surfaces along all platform edges. Please pay attention to where the platform surface changes from smooth to paved or contact us for assistance.
