A gently rising footpath leads from the road to a flight of 48 steps with 2 rest landings and a handrail onto a footbridge. From the footbridge to the left, the first flight of 30 steps with rest landing and handrail lead to the Helsby platform, and the second flight of 30 steps with rest landing and handrail lead to the Ellesmere Port platform.

Station Message
Changes to Boston Facilities- Our ticket office is being upgraded, with work expected to be completed at the end of November. A temporary ticket office is available at our normal opening hours, next door to the usual office.
- From 12th October 2024, our single sex toilets will be closed for refurbishment. Unisex facilities will be available for you to use whilst we carry out the upgrades.
- From 17th October our waiting room will be closed for refurbishments.
