More success for Friends of St Anne's

Northern, part of the Arriva group, is celebrating more awards success for the Friends of St Anne’s Station.

The group won two awards at the Railfuture Awards, held in Birmingham on 12 November. The awards were for the Best Use of Social Media and the Best New Station Group.

These follow the group’s recent success at the Royal Horticultural Society & North West in Bloom Awards. They have looked after St Annes-on-the-Sea station on the South Fylde Line in Lancashire since its formation earlier this year.
