Northern is responding to the collapse of UK-based airline Flybe with free travel for stranded staff and customers.
The free travel offer is available on any service during the next week.
Staff and customers should present their employee ID, boarding card or flight confirmation details in order to travel with Northern.
Mark Powles, Commercial and Customer Director at Northern, said: “We understand this is a distressing time for Flybe staff and people who have booked flights with the airline. The rail industry has come together to provide assistance and we’re pleased to be able to offer free travel to help those affected by the collapse of Flybe get where they need to be.”
