Technical fault affecting customer information screens at stations - Sunday 15 September 2024

We are currently experiencing a technical fault with the customer information screens at a number of our stations.

Trains are still running however information systems may not be showing and we’re unable to provide disruption info in the same ways as usual.

Our advice to customers is to check your journey using the Northern app or via JourneyCheck at journeycheck.com/northern/
