If you have lost an item on board one of our trains or at one of our stations we will do our best to find the item for you. To report an item of lost property please call 0800 200 6060.

Once you have identified the property as yours, it cannot be put back on a train for security reasons, so you will need to collect it from that station or arrange for a courier to transport it for you.
