Check before you travel in the North East

Important information

Customers travelling in the North East of the network, between 19-22 December,  should check before they travel due to a shortage of staff affecting train services.

If you do travel please check your journey as close to travel time as possible, and don't rely on last services of the day, as journeys may be cancelled at short notice or not run as planned.
