When arriving for booked or turn-up-and-go assistance, the meeting point is the Ticket Office on the main concourse. Staff are available to provide Passenger Assist at all times that trains are operating for customers who have booked or who travel as turn-up-and-go. Assistance is available both to board/alight trains and also navigating around the station.

There is step free access, however, there is a non-compliant ramp to the platforms and the exit is via a closed gate (shared approach road with the owners of the station house), which leads on to the main road where there is no pathway. Therefore not suitable for wheelchair users.
