Have you planned rail travel for Tuesday's UCI Road Race?

That’s the question being posed by Northern which is aiming to make sure all customers are aware of the rail timetables for the day’s racing.

The first race, men’s U23 time trial starts at Ripon at around 10am and finishes later in the day in Harrogate.

The women’s elite time trial also finishes in Harrogate tomorrow afternoon, starting in Ripon at around 2.40pm.

Northern expects all trains to and from Harrogate to be busy, particularly in the evening after the women’s time trial, and is calling on all customers to plan carefully and allow extra time for rail travel in the area.
