Northern is giving its customers the chance to meet its team at Newcastle station.
The event is designed to give customers the opportunity to talk with senior staff about all things Northern – from stations, to services, to refurbished trains.
Anna Weeks, Regional Director at Northern, said: “We are working hard to give our customers the best possible service and wanted to give them the opportunity to meet with us to talk through our plans for the region. We’ll also be available to answer any questions our customers may have about Northern.”
The team, together with colleagues from LNER and Tyne Valley Community Rail Partnership, will be on hand from 3.30pm – 6.30pm on Wednesday 11 September and customers are invited to pop along to the station to have an informal chat.
