Heathrow airport disruption travel advice

With the disruption to flights to and from Heathrow Airport we are allowing customers who are either diverted to an airport in the north, or are now travelling on a different day to travel on our trains at no extra costs. 

You simply need to show your proof of Heathrow flight and your original train ticket to our teams. 

If you are travelling with any other train operator, make sure you check directly with them for any ticket easements.
