This station is category A. Step free access is provided from the station entrance to all platforms. This station is staffed for all services. There are train boarding ramps available at this station, and they are also carried on board all TransPennine Express trains.

The toilets are located in the pavilion on the Station Concourse.

Please note: from Friday 20 September, the toilets at this station are going to be closed while we undertake improvement works to the facilities and will reopen in February 2025.

Temporary, non-accessible toilets are available outside at the Anlaby Road entrance, adjacent to the Customer Services office.

The accessible toilets are adjacent to Costa Coffee on the Station Concourse. These toilets are operated by a radar key.

The Hull Paragon Interchange houses both the bus and train stations that serve Hull, with over 2 million rail passengers using the station every year.
