When arriving for booked or turn-up-and-go assistance, the meeting point is the Ticket Office on the main concourse. Staff are available to provide Passenger Assist at all times that trains are operating for customers who have booked or who travel as turn-up-and-go. Assistance is available both to board/alight trains and also navigating around the station.

However no access problems for disabled or wheelchair users as the access to the platforms is under bridge 100 yards down the road, this is quite a long access.
